Fake Video Game
I’m going to start writing up a fake synopsis of video games based on the fake covers I’ve made in my spare time. First up is STATIC.
STATIC is a first person horror game published by Midway Games. The game starts with the unnamed protagonist staring into a wall of static laden TV’s as he sits trapped to a chair. The player does not know how he got there and he does not know how to get out. All he does know is that the static has put him in a deep trance where he is faced with all of his worst fears. Will you be able to help him escape this nightmare?
Horrifying boss battles, jump scares, and much more await you in the depths of your worst nightmares!
Experience this grisly horror game on your PS2 in the spring of 2005!

SEGA Mini 2 Console Thoughts
With the announcement that the SEGA Mini 2 will be getting a worldwide release we can probably expect it to hit shelves in America Q1 of 2023 at the earliest.
My initial thoughts are positive. I love these systems because it’s an easy way for people to relive the glory days of gaming or pass the torch onto the younger generation and show them just how far games have come (for better or worse) since the 90’s.
Having said that these systems are not really for me. As a collector I already have Genesis console and a decent amount of games so there’s no need for me to buy this. But who am I kidding I’ll probably end up buying it lol. The addition of SEGA CD games is the reason I’ll most likely buy it. The SEGA CD add-on is expensive and most of the games are not cheap either. With the quality of said games I don’t think spending ~$500 is worth it. So for a cool $75 I can experience the joy of the SEGA CD without feeling ripped off.
Will you be buying this next year?
